Amazing Event Birthday Parties for kids

Proactivity coaches were really fantastic with both the girls and boys at my son’s 4th birthday party. The range of activities was fantastic and they were all suitable and fun! Proactivity was very easy to work with and liaise to organise the party.

The tug of war and the big parachute were big winners and the only complaints were from the mums, who thought they should have had a chance at the tug of war just like the dads did. Overall I highly recommend them if you are organising a party for highly active kids who love the outdoors.

Jeremy was excellent in his communication with me prior to the event and accommodated our every need. The coaches took control, so parents did not have to worry about supervision of children’s activities. Parents liked the idea for a similar party for their own children. My son recently celebrated his 6th birthday with the help of Proactivity. Jeremy was very friendly and efficient to deal with in the organising of it and we had Simon as our AFL coach on the day. It was an hour of fun and games, drills and challenges and the kids were entertained and engaged for the whole time. Simon had a great rapport with the kids and it was a pleasure to see he had as much fun as them! We held it at our local park and many enquiries came from other park parents for details for an active and fun party for their children. I did and would highly recommend and look forward to using Proactivity again!

Jamie and Jeremy were fantastic coaches. The activities were perfect for the age group and kept the kids engaged the entire party. I would book them again for other parties.

Nathan ran my son’s 6th Birthday Party with a Basketball Theme. He did an awesome job keeping 12 kids thoroughly entertained and busy the whole time. The kids just loved the basketball games and the parachute at the end was a great finale! I would definitely book them again!

We have had so many positive reports back from the parents of the children and the children themselves. Our boys have already asked whether Simon can come back next year! Proactivity recently ran a soccer party for my 5 year old and 25 of his friends. They did a fantastic job and the kids had the best time. The coaches were fun, friendly and energetic and offered a range of activities that appealed to all the kids. Proactivity were professional and so easy to deal with. Organising the party was a pleasure and we will definitely be in touch with them for next year’s party!

Jeremy and Aaron were super stars at running my son’s 6th birthday party. He invited the whole class so we had it at a local park in Richmond. For the entire time Jeremy and Aaron ran the kids around, holding their interest and making it a really fun day. They had lots of props to use so it didn’t get dull. my son loved it and so did his friends. Would definitely use these guys again. lovely to deal with and very high energy and professional.

Proactivity ran my son’s 6th birthday party last weekend. Thirteen 6 & 7 year old boys were kept totally engaged and entertained for the full hour. We ended up with a very cold, wet day but were able to secure a local hall on the recommendation of Jeremy to avoid the need to worry about last minute change of venue. Proactivity seems to be very flexible and able to cater to a wide variety of ages and entertainment. I would definitely recommend them and consider using them for my girls as an alternative to a noisy sleepover!

I rang Proactivity for help with my 9 year old sons birthday party. Jeremy was extremely helpful over the phone and seemed to have a good handle on what would keep 18 x 9 year olds occupied! It was all very simple to sort and Nathan who came on the day had them running, jumping, competing and generally having a very active fun time. They did handball, hurdles, sack races, tug of war and more…. He was completely self contained and managed all the boys beautifully. Highly recommended…

Simon was fantastic to deal with in the lead up to the party – very accommodating, stepped me through what I needed to do, and called the day before to confirm that all was in order.

At the start of my 6 year old’s party I had 25 kids running crazy in the playground – I was horrified! Then Simon and Simon arrived, blew their whistles, and had it all under control within seconds. All the kids were engaged the whole time – they had an absolutely fantastic time playing all sorts of games and running about – but all super organised and contained. There was not one child that was out of line or naughty for the whole party – and all the parents raved afterwards about what fun their children had had. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough – I think it will be an annual event for my kids from now on!

We recently held our son’s 10th Birthday with the help of Jeremy from Proactivity. From the moment I found the website, to the phone conversations, to the actual birthday , we found the entire experience simple, effective and completely worthwhile. Jeremy had the entire group engaged and motivated for the whole hour, the boys had a ball. Jeremy was punctual, professional and helpful at all times. We decided to have our daughters 10th Birthday Party at our property in the Hills but forgot to factor in bad weather. Jeremy rang on the day offering solutions and putting a whole new program together that could be held inside. I have never seen such professionalism and enthusiasm. Jeremy and Simon arrived and before no time had 22 children (boys and girls) totally engaged and having a great time.

Jeremy, you are a professional who really knows how to work with children and your enthusiasm to make it all work was so encouraging and really helped make our daughters birthday party special. We would like to organise a get together of all our friends and their children in the summer up at our property in the hills, and would love to have you come and hopefully this time, with the weather on our side, we can do all the activities outside. I have used Proactivity for the last 2 of my son’s birthday parties (5 & 6 y.o.) and think they are fantastic. Jeremy is super organised and keeps the kids entertained and excited for the entire hour. He also brings everything, so it makes the party planning an absolute breeze. The first time I used them was a sport theme party and this year more games focused and both times the kids have been involved, excited and extremely enthusiastic. Jeremy and his staff are brilliant and keeping everything under control and do so many varied activities that the kids are kept busy and have the best time. They also encourage the kids to cheer each other on which is lovely to watch and ensures everyone feels great. I give Proactivity rave reviews and highly recommend them for anyone looking for an activity that all kids will love.

The Proactivity coaches engaged the group of 25 4 and 5 year olds – not an easy task! – from the moment they arrived until party food time. The range of activities and games they did was age appropriate, fun, and inclusive. Everyone, including the birthday boy, had a fantastic time – I would highly recommend them!

We just planned our son’s 7th birthday with Proactivity and couldn’t be happier!!! He desperately wanted an AFL party theme and Jeremy and staff were fantastic from start to finish!! They were great to deal with over the phone and where easy going, professional, organised and most importantly, had no problem engaging 25 rowdy 7 year olds for a good hour or so. They understood we wanted only footy activities and were happy to make our son’s day one to remember!!! I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone wanting a professional, sports focused party with staff who relate to kids and know how to engage them and have fun! We will certainly be using the again in future!
