Fitness based programs for Secondary School Years 9 to 10 students

Designed with the unique needs of teenagers in mind, our Fitness Training program will help your students build strength, endurance, and confidence while engaging positively with fitness and lifelong movement exercises.

Proactivity Fitness Training programs align with the Victorian Curriculum.

Fitness Training Program Overview

Our Fitness Training programs develop students’ understanding and enjoyment of exercise through group activities and is suitable for all abilities. 

Key Focus Points:

  • Participate in physical activities that develop health related and skill-related fitness components, and create and monitor personal fitness plans.
  • Core conditioning and tailor exercise offerings available.
